We have extensive experience in conducting proceedings from appeals against decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and others, where the regulatory element is important. We treat disputes as the last resort, but we also understand that engaging in litigation is sometimes the only reasonable option for the client. In particular, we represent clients in disputes arising in cases initiated by a decision imposing a sanction on a power company, as well as in cases related to dispute resolution by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
